Adults, Couples, Families

Counselling for adults, couples, families and groups. Counsellors can help with a variety of issues, such as healthy relationships, experiences of trauma and abuse, addictions, anxiety and depression, family stressors, coping with loss, etc. Action Housing offers bilingual services pertaining to housing loss and homelessness prevention in Ottawa, in partnership with Community Health and Resources Centres and many other organizations serving the community.

Youth Counselling (12-25 years of age)

Counselling sessions are tailored to the individual needs of each youth and address common issues and concerns such as: anxiety and depression, grief and loss, anger management, family and peer relationship distress, 2SLGBTQ issues, self-esteem, and life transition difficulties.
